Apergi Kyriaki was born in Athens in 1988. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics-Nutrition Science of Harokopio University of Athens in 2010. She completed her dissertation on celiac disease and completed her clinical internship at the University Hospitals "Attiko" and "Alexandra".

In 2013 she specialized in the field of eating disorders with the postgraduate training Master Practitioner Program in Eating Disorders and Obesity (KEADD) under the supervision of the NCFED of Great Britain, recognized by the British Association of Psychologists - BPS with parallel practice Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens.
In the context of continuing education with a love for nutrition and man, she attends seminars of ESPEN (LLL), nutrition, life coaching, Focus in Solution Therapy, while she participates in speeches for the public, writes articles and has participated in writing books on nutrition and psychology.
She is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of Athens in the "Obesity and Diabetes" program and life coaching at the University of the Aegean.

She is a member of the Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists of Greece, of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists of the Association of Clinical Dietitians ESPEN and GrESPEN (European and Hellenic Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism).
